G&A Partners Acquires Innovative On-Demand Time & Labor Management Technology

HOUSTON—March 12, 2008—G&A Partners, a fully-integrated Houston-based Human Resource (HR) and administrative services company, announced today that the company has acquired a majority interest in HourDoc.com, a time & labor management technology company.

HourDoc’s revolutionary time and labor management system, also called HourDoc.com, is a scalable, web-based protocol that provides companies advanced online tools to monitor and manage their employees. In addition to tracking employees’ time and attendance, HourDoc allows companies to tap into real-time labor data on-demand, anytime or anywhere, so employers can assess their immediate staffing needs and manage or adjust employees’ schedules accordingly.

“The addition of HourDoc.com and its proven time & labor management application adds a compelling new component to the ever-growing arsenal of HR products and services G&A can offer clients,” said John Allen, President and COO of G&A Partners.

Approximately 250 small to mid-size companies rely on G&A Partners to handle the integral administrative functions related to human resources, workers compensation, compliance, benefits and payroll. As part of its engagements, G&A also co-employs roughly 8,000 worksite employees for its client companies.

Allen said that G&A first discovered HourDoc when looking for an effective time management solution to provide to its clients. The HR services firm embraced HourDoc’s advanced technology and initiated discussions to invest in the start-up company and its technology.

The HourDoc time & labor management system currently is being enhanced with functionality.  The next generation HourDoc system will undergo beta testing later this spring and is expected to be ready for market in early summer. HourDoc will initially market its enhanced application in the United States, but plans to introduce the technology to overseas markets as well over time.
