Chairman and CEO

Tony, chairman and chief executive officer of G&A Partners, brings some 30 years of financial management and accounting experience to our team. Before organizing his own firm, Tony worked for an international management consulting firm and as an executive in a large multinational corporation. A native of Ecuador, Tony has extensive experience with international business—particularly in Latin America and the Far East. He has also helped many small and medium-sized businesses learn how to efficiently manage their administrative and human resource outsourcing challenges. During his watch at the helm, G&A has become one of the top 25 Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States.

Beyond his leadership roles with G&A, Tony is an active member of the Houston business community and heavily involved in numerous civic endeavors. Throughout his career, Tony’s integrity and respect for his cultural heritage has kept him loyal to the local Hispanic community. He is the former Chairman of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as a Director with the Center for Houston’s Future, the International Board of Amigos de las Americas, and Sister Cities of Houston. Tony has been recognized in Houston for his commitment and contributions to the local Hispanic community and was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as the recipient of the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year at the Triunfando Awards.

Tony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Tony and his wife, Magdalena, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
