David C. Vasquez

With over 14 years of nationwide strategic business development and management consulting experience, David understands the administrative needs of many types of organizations. Before joining G&A, David owned and managed a civil construction company and acquired particular expertise related to the administrative, HR and risk management issues in the construction industry. As President of Vasquez Construction, David was actually a client of G&A; his acceptance of a management role with G&A bespeaks a great experience with G&A as a provider.

Since 2000, David has been spearheading G&A's business development and strategic alliances efforts to large public and private sector institutions and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the firm's HRO platform.

Mr. Vasquez earned his degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. He attended a summer term abroad at the University of London in London, England and completed The Harvard Business School's/HACR Corporate Governance Program. He is extremely active in the community and serves on several local Boards and Councils.
