Jose Laurel

Jose plays a dual role as both a director in G&A Partners and a principal in G&A’s affiliated CPA firm, Grijalva & Allen, P.C. As such, Jose oversees both firms’ client advisory and consulting services.

Jose’s professional experience spans more than 16 years in management, operations, marketing and international commerce. Prior to joining G&A, Jose served as country manager in Latin America for a multinational corporation where he had direct oversight of the company’s operations, sales, and distribution channels.

Jose also served as a partner in a mid-sized professional services firm where he established and operated a consulting team focused on near-shore and in-bound international business.

Jose is especially adept at assisting G&A clients in designing, implementing and measuring growth strategies. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, marketing/sales strategies, succession planning and people development.
