The Million Dollar Employee (“MDE”) joined G&A Partners in 1995. In his role as G&A champion and spokesman, the MDE has helped the firm demonstrate the value of human resource outsourcing and the PEO model to growing businesses.

The MDE’s extensive HR knowledge and experience is derived from years of study and practice. He is accredited in every HR discipline, including workers compensation and compliance; he has the hands-on knowledge necessary to manage complex processes, such as payroll and benefits administration; and he is well-versed in a wide range of complicated employment regulations.

Born in Houston, the Million Dollar Employee has a distinct Texas work ethic. In fact, throughout his industrious career, he has never taken a vacation day or called in sick. Together with G&A’s team of HR professionals, the Million Dollar Employee delivers the depth and dependability of an entire in-house HR department for the price of one full-time employee.
