What was your HR like before and after bringing in G&A?

"I never felt like I really had a good understanding of the HR processes. I've never had a training, so to have somebody that I can talk to and answer a lot of question for me... safety, we hadn't done much in the past. They just helped us understand what our partnership is supposed to be like and what they can help us with."
