John W. Allen, C.P.A., C.M.A.

Besides overseeing G&A’s daily operations statewide as our president and chief operating officer, John Allen takes an active interest in creating optimal administrative and human resource outsourcing solutions for a diverse range of clients. John has 22 years of management consulting experience, half of that with a national CPA firm. 

John has been responsible for support services for organizations valued up to $5 billion, but he also has extensive experience in helping small and medium-sized companies address their administrative, HR and accounting needs. John has taken a particular interest in assisting minority-and women-owned businesses throughout his career, and he has been involved in many advocacy and outreach efforts for these traditionally underrepresented groups.

Additionally, he has helped refugees to the Houston area gain a footing in business. The history of John’s professional career is a testament to the reality that he genuinely enjoys helping people find the most efficient and productive ways to grow their businesses.
