Tony Grijalva, chairman and chief executive officer of G&A Partners, brings some 30 years of financial management and accounting experience to our team. Before organizing his own firm, Tony worked for an international management consulting firm and as an executive in a large multinational corporation. 

A native of Ecuador, Tony has extensive experience with international business—particularly in Latin America and the Far East. He has also helped many small and medium-sized businesses learn how to efficiently manage their administrative and human resource outsourcing challenges. During his watch at the helm, G&A has become one of the top 25 Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States. Tony is involved with many civic and charitable organizations and recently completed a two-year term as chairman of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
