#HRTailgate Preview: The Evolution of Employee Benefits

Join G&A Partners for our next #HRTailgate discussion, all about the evolution of employee benefits!

The days of limited paid-time-off days and one-size-fits-all employee benefits programs are coming to an impactful close.

Cookie-cutter benefits packages and company perks are as stale as leftover coffee in the company breakroom. Companies have begun to overhaul their limited benefits initiatives into flexible and flourishing programs to stay competitive and attract top talent. Flexible work schedules, expanded parental leave and tuition reimbursement are just a few of the ways innovative organizations are leading the evolution of employee benefits.

Join us May 23, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. CST, to talk about the evolution of employee benefits, the innovative ideas that attract and retain talent, and where the world of benefits will go. The hosts of your chat are G&A Partners HR generalist Anu Mannathikuzhiyil, and special guest hosts Kathryn Moody, editor of HR Dive, and Andie Burjek, benefits reporter at Workforce magazine.

HR Tailgate: The Evolution of Employee Benefits

If you’ve never participated in a Twitter chat, you’ll be surprised at how simple it is to participate. A Twitter chat is a live conversation focused on a topic — for this month; ours is employee benefits. The chat has eight questions; chat participants can engage in dialogue with chat hosts and other chat participants by answering the questions and using the hashtag #HRTailgate. (Forbes shares everything you need to know about a Twitter chat in this article.)

Want to know what to expect? Get excited and gear up for the chat by visiting the recap of past HR Tailgates: “How to Score a Work-Life Balance,” “Gear Up for Workplace Safety,” “HR Law: Avoid Being Out of Bounds,” “2017 Workplace Wellness Plans,” “How to Score a Winning Company Culture” and “Make Your Employees Feel Like MVPs.”
