#HRTailgate Preview: Make Your Employees Your Biggest Fans

Join G&A Partners for our next HR Tailgate, all about employee advocacy, on Wednesday, April 20!

tailgate2_colorCompanies are finding that the best spokespeople to tell their organization’s story are the people who write it: employees.

Did you know 50% of employees worldwide share something on social media about their employers?

Employees are one of the most organic sources within an organization for brand promotion and awareness, but not all companies know how to utilize their employee advocates. In this month’s #HRTailgate Twitter chat, we’re discussing the best ways for companies to turn employees into raving fans using employee advocacy!

Join us April 20, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. CST, to talk about the ins and outs of building a strong employee advocacy program, led by G&A Partners Vice President Anthony Grijalva, Jr., and special guest host Cyndy Trivella, co-creator of #OMCchat, events manager for Talent Culture and Chief Revenue Officer for WorkScene.

HRTailgate: Employee Advocacy & Making Your Employees Your Biggest Fans!

If you’ve never been involved in a Twitter chat, you’ll be surprised at how simple it is to participate. A Twitter chat is a live conversation focused on a topic — for this month, ours is employee advocacy. The chat is guided by eight questions; chat participants can engage in dialogue with chat hosts and other chat participants by answering the questions and using the hashtag #HRTailgate. (Forbes shares everything you need to know about a Twitter chat in this article.)

Want to know what to expect? Get excited and gear up for the chat by visiting the recap of past HR Tailgates: “How to Score a Work-Life Balance,” “Gear Up for Workplace Safety,” “HR Law: Avoid Being Out of Bounds,” “2017 Workplace Wellness Plans,” “How to Score a Winning Company Culture” and “Make Your Employees Feel Like MVPs.”
