In a world where information overload, technology and email are at our fingertips, it’s difficult to imagine a life without constant contact. While some think being connected is an advantage, our “always on” mentality can make it difficult to break away from the office and strike up a healthy work-life balance. Participants enjoyed an engaging discussion led by guest hosts and work-life balance experts Deborah Crowe, motivational speaker, Maggie Murphy, editor of Texture by Next Issue, and Anu Mannathikuzhiyil, HR generalist for G&A Partners.
