The successful Million Dollar Employee (MDE) campaign was first introduced two years ago as a creative way to demonstrate the value of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) model. The first Million Dollar Employee video explained what the MDE could do for James, the owner of a growing business overwhelmed with the day-to-day HR administrative tasks. The second MDE video depicted how the MDE helps Mary, who oversees HR, strengthen her department and focus on strategic HR and growth. In this third and newest installment of the MDE video series, the MDE meets Greg, a business owner struggling to cope with the new health care regulations outlined in the Affordable Care Act.
