What happens when I call the Customer Care Center?
When G&A clients call the Customer Care Center, one of our highly trained customer service team members will support you throughout the process and will use our customer relationship management (CRM) technology to document, categorize, and track any pending issues—from the time of your initial call through to final resolution.
