  • Work for a company/organization in the U.S. with 5+ full-time employees
  • Are the owner, CEO, CFO, VP, controller, or HR manager of a business, or someone who serves in a decision-making capacity
  • Are in need of the expert outsourced HR, benefits, and payroll services G&A Partners provides
  • Work for a company that provides employee benefits and strives to create a phenomenal employee experience

Frequently Asked Questions

All full-time G&A Partners employees (including recently acquired employees) are eligible to submit personal network referrals.

Nope! There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer.

All referrals must have a minimum of 5 Full-Time Employees and sign a one-year contract with G&A Partners.

Qualified referrals must include the below:

  • The company you referred can not already be a current client or in active discussions with our sales team
  • The company you referred can not be an affiliate company of a current client (note: refer to legal on how to define this. Is it based on FEIN number?)
  • The referred company must have a minimum of 5 full-time employees
  • A contact name must be provided in the referral submission form
  • A contact email address must be provided in the referral submission form
  • The referred company can not be a referral for yourself and/or current client with G&A Partners
  • The referred business must sign a contract (at least one-year) with G&A Partners
  • Completes a meeting with a member of the G&A Sales team and be determined as a qualified prospect (at the discretion of the G&A Sales team member)

A member of the G&A Partners Marketing team will send you email updates as your referral moves through each step: meeting completed, proposal sent, and closed (won or not won).

After the initial meeting with our sales team is completed, you will receive an e-gift card from marketingteam@gnapartners.com. We will send an email letting you know the payment is being processed and the e-gift card will be sent shortly after.

The referral bonuses are calculated based on the number of Worksite Employees (WSEs) employed at the referred company according to sales contract. These can be reviewed in the chart included on this page.

There are several reasons a referral can be denied, including but not limited to:

  • The company you referred is already a current client or in active discussions with our team
  • The number of employees was not identified in the referral submission form
  • A contact name was not provided in the referral submission form
  • A contact email address was not provided or was invalid
  • Insufficient information was provided to determine fit or follow up
  • The referral appeared to be self-submitted and therefore does not meet program eligibility requirements
  • The referred business did not sign a contract with G&A Partners

Referral bonuses are paid out within 5-10 business days of the contract being signed.
