Jeff Williams joined G&A Partners as President and CEO in July 2026. As the leader of the company's overall strategy and daily operations, Jeff focuses on expanding G&A’s impact by helping small and mid-sized businesses grow, support their employees, and navigate the future of work.
With over three decades of leadership experience across HCM, PEO, benefits administration, professional services, and the insurance industries, Jeff brings unparalleled insights into the HR needs of America’s growing businesses. As the former President and CEO of Aptia, he led the company's successful carveout from Marsh McLennan into a standalone market leader. Prior to Aptia, Jeff served as a corporate officer at Paychex, where he oversaw a $1.5 billion P&L and helped drive strong growth in the company's mid-market and ASO business. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Alight, ADP, and Aon.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from Brock University and his MBA from Western University, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School's General Management Program. A native of Canada and raised in the Midwest, Jeff is now based in the Houston area. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and twin children, and following the Detroit Lions, Pistons, and Tigers.
