Michelle Mikesell
Chief People Officer
Michelle Mikesell is a human capital expert and HR executive with over 30 years of experience aligning people strategies with business growth. As G&A's Chief People Officer, she leads the teams and programs that elevate the employee experience and maintain an award-winning destination workplace. She is also responsible for the seamless integration of acquired companies, ensuring cultural alignment and operational excellence across G&A’s growing organization.
Since joining G&A Partners in 2020, Michelle has made a strategic impact, leading to her promotion to Chief People Officer in November 2021. Before G&A, she spent 16 years in leadership roles at Insperity, in Mid-Market Sales Operations, Consulting and Development, and HR Operations.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Arts degree in communications from the University of Denver. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds certifications in the Lead Right and Change Cycle series.
Outside of the office, Michelle is deeply committed to the Houston community; in March 2026, she was appointed as a Trustee for Star of Hope, a ministry dedicated to serving the homeless. She is a dedicated Denver Broncos fan and a proud Marine Mom who treasures traveling and time spent with her husband, three children, and four grandchildren.
