Pascal Gibert is a global technology executive with over 30 years of experience in enterprise software and IT. As G&A's Chief Technology Officer, he leads digital transformation and drives innovation to enhance the company's services and operations.
Before joining G&A Partners in 2025, Pascal was Head of Engineering and Solutions Development at TriNet, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at technology companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and ServiceNow. Pascal holds Master of Science degrees in artificial intelligence, expert systems, and neuronal network from Université de Caen Normandie, France, and in software development and artificial intelligence from ESIGELEC: École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Génie Électrique, France.
An avid swimmer, gym-goer, and mixologist based in San Francisco, Pascal also enjoys spending quality time with his family and dog when he’s off the clock.
