In the recent American City Business Journals article “The Must-ask Job Interview Questions To Identify Top Talent,” G&A Partners' Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing Eleesha Martin shares her insights for conducting effective job interviews, particularly the strategic use of situational and behavioral questions.

“Situational and behavioral questions should be intentional and directly tied to the role for which the job candidate is interviewing,” says Martin. “While some standard questions are helpful, employers should ensure they relate back to the work the candidate would be doing. Hiring managers also should pay attention to the consistency of a candidate's responses.”
