Pulse 2.0: Jeff Williams Talks AI, Growth, and the Future of HR Outsourcing

Our President and CEO Jeff Williams sat down with Pulse 2.0 to talk about why he joined G&A, where we're headed, and how we make life easier for our clients. He also shared what's keeping small and mid-sized business owners up at night. In his own words, here’s what’s weighing on them most:

“I think the biggest issue is the cumulative weight of everything business owners are being asked to manage,” says Jeff. “They’re dealing with rising healthcare costs, wage pressures, economic uncertainty, increasingly complex employment regulations, and a challenging environment for attracting and retaining talent. Any one of those challenges can be difficult. Dealing with all of them simultaneously can be overwhelming, particularly for a business that doesn’t have the resources of a large enterprise.”
