G&A Partners Earns PayrollOrg’s 2025 Prism Award for Best Practices - Management

October 1, 2025 | 2 min read

PayrollOrg presented one of its highest honors for outstanding payroll processes and management to G&A Partners.

The 2025 Prism Award for Best Practices - Management celebrates one exceptional company each year for demonstrating excellence in overall management of payroll department operations. The Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force (SPLTF) selects the winner from eligible companies across the U.S. based on payroll leadership, collaboration, technology adoption, and measurable business impact.

“Receiving the Management Prism Award is a true testament to the dedication and expertise of our payroll and leadership teams,” said Erin Rafferty, G&A Partners’ vice president of payroll operations and client onboarding. “Our highest priority is ensuring every client employee receives their hard-earned wages accurately and on time, and this award validates our commitment to that mission.”

Payroll and HR professionals recently gathered at PayrollOrg’s annual Payroll Leaders Conference in Las Vegas to formally recognize G&A’s award and to commend innovation and leadership in the profession. G&A will also be featured in the upcoming February 2026 edition of PAYTECH magazine.
