G&A Partners has been named to the sixth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Southwest list (previously known as Inc. 5000 Texas), the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing privately held companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Ranking on the 2026 list, G&A Partners has the distinct honor of being recognized every year since the list’s inception. This achievement is a regional extension of G&A’s unprecedented success on the national Inc. 5000 list, where the company has been named a record 20 times — more than any other company in history.

The Inc. Regionals list celebrates the most dynamic segment of the Southwest economy: its independent small businesses. According to Inc., the 132 companies named to this year’s list demonstrated exceptional revenue expansion, resilience, and job creation during a challenging economic period. Between 2022 and 2024, these organizations achieved a median growth rate of 79%. By 2024, they’d also added 9,633 jobs and $5.2 billion to the region’s economy.

“Being recognized six consecutive years is a testament to the consistency and dedication of our entire team,” said John W. Allen, G&A Partners’ President and CEO. “Our growth is a direct reflection of our commitment to ‘Putting People First’ — a core value that permeates everything we do. By providing our clients the best-in-class HR services and expert support they need to thrive in a complex economic environment, we have grown alongside them.”

“The honorees on this year’s Inc. Regionals list achieved exceptional growth at a time when the odds were against them,” said Bonny Ghosh, Inc. Editorial Director. “Amid inflation, supply chain disruptions, and ongoing economic uncertainty, they didn't just persevere – they innovated, adapted, and thrived. Their resilience made them standouts in their industries and true growth engines in their regions.”
