G&A Partners Named a 2026 Healthiest Employer in Texas, Utah, and Nevada for the Fifth Consecutive Year
Recognition spans two regional lists, highlighting G&A's long-standing commitment to employee well-being.
G&A Partners has been named a 2026 Healthiest Employer finalist in two regional programs, which honor people-first organizations that prioritize the well-being of their employee population. The dual recognition marks the fifth time G&A has earned the honor in Texas, and the fifth time in the Utah program, which now includes Nevada.
G&A's wellness program has grown from a small gym stipend to include monthly and annual health challenges, one-on-one coaching, yearly biometric screenings, a health-risk assessment, onsite flu shots, an Employee Assistance Program, and more. Modeled after this award-winning program, Evolve™ by G&A Partners offers clients a comprehensive wellness experience that can be customized to meet an employer's specific needs and goals, as well as their employees' lifestyles.

Award applicants are evaluated across six key categories: culture and leadership; foundational components; strategic planning; communication and marketing; programming and interventions; and reporting and analytics. Completed assessments are ranked using the proprietary Healthiest Employers® Index, a 1-100 rubric for wellness programming.
The program is run by Healthiest Employers®, in partnership with Springbuk — a health/benefits analytics company (formerly tied to Truven Health Analytics) that provides the data and scoring engine behind it.
