G&A Partners Maintains Platinum Status with 11th Annual Healthy Worksite Award

G&A Partners earned the Utah Worksite Wellness Council’s platinum-level Healthy Worksite honor, marking the 11th time we’ve been recognized for our exemplary commitment to employee health and well-being.

This also marks the eighth time G&A has received platinum standing, the UWWC’s highest award.

“It’s an honor to see our wellness efforts recognized again, especially as we continue to expand initiatives that support the whole person — physically, mentally, and financially,” says G&A Partners Director of Benefits Administration Brett Brown. “Our programs represent our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive both at work and in their personal lives. At G&A, wellness isn’t a one-time effort. It’s a core part of how we care for our people every day.”

Each year, the UWWC Healthy Worksite award recognizes organizations that successfully implement evidence-based interventions across six dimensions of wellness: organizational, physical, mental, social, financial, and community well-being. The evaluation benchmarked G&A’s health promotion strategies against industry-leading best practices.

Realizing that every person has unique needs and challenges, G&A Partners’ program encompasses every dimension of wellness: physical, social, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and emotional. To target each dimension, G&A offers a variety of monthly and annual challenges, one-on-one health coaching, an annual biometric screening, a health risk assessment, onsite flu shots, an employee assistance program, telemedicine services, onsite and virtual wellness events, and more.
