Your G&A onboarding team will collaborate with you to complete essential steps, including data gathering, systems integrations, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment. On average, G&A clients complete onboarding in six weeks. Each onboarding timeline is customized to your business’s specific needs and concludes after the successful completion of your first payroll.

G&A Partners charges a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) fee for our PEO services. That fee is primarily dependent upon:

  • Scope of services delivered by G&A
  • Number of employees being paid

G&A provides transparent pricing in easy-to-understand invoices that clearly display the included services. You may also choose to add services, such as time and labor management software, for an additional fee. Costs related to workers’ compensation and employee benefits are separate costs and are not included within the PEPM.

After onboarding with G&A, you’ll transition to your dedicated service team. Your client advocate or client success manager will become your primary point of contact. Depending on the services you’ve chosen, you’ll also have access to specialists in HR, benefits, payroll, compliance, and more.
