Deen Gumerson
Vice President, Human Capital Management (HCM)
Deen Gumerson brings more than two decades of payroll and human capital management experience to his role as G&A Partners' Vice President of HCM. His career spans sales leadership, operations, and entrepreneurship — including founding and running his own payroll company in Henderson, Nev. — giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to deliver solutions that work for clients.
Early in his career, Deen built a track record of performance and client success at a nationally recognized payroll provider, where he consistently earned President’s Club honors. Today, he oversees G&A's entire HCM division with a focus on simplifying complex HR challenges and improving the client experience.
Deen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake and seeking out new adventures in the great outdoors.
