G&A Partners Earns UWWC Healthy Worksite Award For the 10th Time

UWWC Healthy Worksite 2025 Platinum Badge

The Utah Worksite Wellness Council (UWWC) recently designated G&A Partners a platinum-level Healthy Worksite award winner for exemplary efforts in improving its employees’ health and well-being.

The UWWC Healthy Worksite Awards Program recognizes employers of all sizes for their exemplary work in worksite wellness efforts in the past calendar year. It also helps UWWC identify opportunities to further support employers in their wellness initiatives. An online assessment was used to determine the level of recognition each organization received. The assessment evaluated how successfully employers implemented evidence-based health promotion interventions or strategies in six key areas: organizational, physical, mental and emotional, social, financial, and community well-being. Scoring of the responses was based on good, better, and best practices and strategies.

The platinum award represents G&A’s commitment to wellness programming that links health-promotion objectives to business outcomes. In fact, G&A scored a total of 218/235 (93%) while similar size in person/hybrid organizations scored an average of 188/235 (80%). G&A’s EvolveTM wellness program encourages healthy lifestyle practices through employee competitions, initiatives, and educational tools for its employees and more than 100,000 client worksite employees.

"I had the pleasure of attending the Utah Worksite Wellness awards luncheon where G&A Partners was recognized for our company’s wellness program," says Brett Brown, Director of Benefits Administration at G&A Partners. "It's exciting to see our efforts get noticed for several years in a row. Grateful to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its people and supporting a culture of health and well-being!"

Realizing that every person has unique needs and challenges, G&A Partners’ program encompasses every dimension of wellness: physical, social, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and emotional. To target each dimension of wellness, the professional employer organization (PEO) offers a variety of monthly and annual challenges (both companywide and personal), one-on-one health coaching, an annual biometric screening, a health risk assessment, onsite flu shots, an employee assistance program, telemedicine services, onsite and virtual wellness events, and more. By empowering employees to make healthier choices and providing the necessary tools and support, G&A Partners has created an environment where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
