Stay On Top of Changing OSHA Guidelines
OSHA guidelines aren’t static—they evolve alongside new technologies, emerging risks, and updated safety practices. As rules and requirements change, your business needs to be ready to pivot and respond—without sacrificing valuable time or resources.
G&A Partners helps lighten the load by tracking those changes for you. From regulatory updates to policy adjustments, we make sure you have the information and support you need to stay compliant and protect your team.

OSHA Training Requirements
To ensure a safe work environment, most businesses are required to complete annual OSHA trainings, which can vary based on factors such as industry or job role. G&A’s safety experts will help you determine which trainings you need to provide to meet OSHA compliance requirements.
OSHA Training Programs
OSHA requires employers to provide annual training on five key topics:
- Bloodborne pathogens
- Hazard communications
- Emergency action plans
- Fire extinguisher training
- Lockout/tagout
Additional mandatory training may be required for certain industries—like manufacturing or healthcare—or for specific job roles, such as working with electrical systems.
G&A will help you understand which mandated trainings are applicable to your business, and we’ll provide access to OSHA-related courses through our safety resources platform. Many courses are available free of charge for clients who participate in G&A’s workers’ compensation insurance.
For OSHA outreach courses, such as the 10-hour or 30-hour training, our safety experts can help you identify cost-effective, online options for your team.
