How it works:
- Sign your Client Service Agreement by Dec. 31, 2025.
- See zero Administrative Service Fees for up to 3 months on your initial monthly invoices.
- Encourage employees to enroll in Master Medical and Master Ancillary benefits for more savings. One-time credits for benefits will appear on your first invoice following enrollment.

Terms and conditions:
Promotions eligible for new customers only. For each month of waived Administrative Service Fees, one month will be added to your agreement. Service effective dates must commence by the end of 2026. Credit calculated based on initial enrollment in Master Medical and/or Master Ancillary benefits. Standard payment terms apply for all services beyond the promotional period. Does not cover costs for employee benefits elections or premium sharing.
Up to 3 months free administrative services fees on PEO, ASO or HCM solutions.
- Service agreement with G&A must be signed by 12/31/25. Service effective dates must commence before the end of 2026.
- Free months will be the first 1-3 months of the agreement.
- 13-15 month service commitment required.
- The Initial Term and Month total will automatically update once the promo information is chosen and Apply/Save is clicked in the Sales Handoff.
- 1 month free = 13 months
- 2 months free = 14 months
- 3 months free = 15 months
- Promotion does not apply to workers' compensation premiums or claims.
- Administrative Services Fees:
- PEO Contracts: For the purposes of this promotion, Administrative Services Fees shall mean only the PEPM Fee; and shall not include fees such as Optional Services Fees, or the one-time Implementation Fee.
- ASO Contracts: For the purposes of this promotion, Administrative Services Fees shall mean only Base Fee (Per Invoice Fee) plus Per Employee Per Pay Period Fee (Per Check Fee) or the Per Employee Per Month Fee (PEPM); and shall not include other fees such as Optional Services Fees, or the one-time Implementation Fee.
- HCM Contracts: For the purposes of this promotion, Administrative Services Fees shall mean only Base Fee (Per Invoice Fee) plus Per Employee Per Pay Period Fee (Per Check Fee); and shall not include fees such as the one-time implementation fee.
Up to $50/employee one-time credit if elect to participate in G&A’s Master Medical Plan and/or Master Ancillary benefits plans.
- Can be combined with Administrative Service Fees promotion.
- $25/employee for participation in Master Medical Plan.
- $25/employee for participation in Master Ancillary Plan.
- Applicable to PEO for participation in Medical and Ancillary plans.
- Applicable to ASO only for participation in Ancillary plans.
- Credit calculated based on initial enrollment in Master Medical and/or Master Ancillary.
- Service agreement with G&A must be signed by 12/31/25. Plan effective date must be before end of 2026.
- Promotion does not apply to workers' compensation premiums or claims.
- $25 and/or $50 per employee invoice credit will be applied to the invoice following the month of initial enrollment
- To obtain Master Medical and Master Ancillary one-time credits, a minimum of 5 employees must typically enroll, as this number varies by carrier.
