“We conduct monthly NPS surveys of our employees to identify trends and issues that need our attention. We also conduct exit interviews with every departing employee,” says Allen. “We share the results with our leadership team and address any systemic issues that are causing employee dissatisfaction. We have used employee input to improve benefits, apportion workloads and streamline and standardize processes.”
