How to prepare for the consultation

To make the most of your call with us, we’ve gathered some tips on what to expect. If you didn’t schedule a meeting, one of our business advisors will contact you in less than an hour (or within one business day for inquiries received outside normal business hours). You're in need of HR Support, but how do you know where to start? Whether it's your first experience with a PEO or you're considering several options, we hope the answers below will help.

Most PEOs charge for their services in one of two ways: either as a percentage of total payroll or as a flat per-employee-per-year (PEPY) fee. In both of these cases, the exact price or rate will often depend on which preset bundle of services you select, and we can break your prospective package down so you can clearly see which services are included.

When you hire G&A as your PEO, we become an extension of your business. As the employer of record for your employees, it’s our job to answer any questions you and your team have about employment-related matters. That’s why it’s important to know who will be servicing your account on a day-to-day basis.

Based on the services you need, we’ll help you understand how your relationship with G&A will work and how your G&A Client Advocate and our team will support you and your employees every step of the way.

First, you will sign a Client Service Agreement (CSA), and then the onboarding process will begin. This generally lasts about 4-6 weeks, although this timeline is often shorter.
