G&A Partners Co-Founder Tony Grijalva Named One Of Houston’s Most Admired CEOs

HOUSTON – August 22, 2019 — G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO), is proud to announce that one of its co-founders, Tony Grijalva, has been named one of Houston’s “Most Admired CEOs” by the Houston Business Journal.

The Most Admired CEO award, which is presented annually to Houston-area CEOs of for-profit and nonprofit businesses, recognizes leaders who are making an indelible mark on their organization’s financial success, work culture, and contributions to the community.

“I am deeply honored to be included in a group of such high-caliber business and nonprofit leaders,” said Grijalva, “and also sincerely grateful to everyone who has helped make G&A Partners the successful company it is today, especially our incredible employees.”

Grijalva – who has been an active member of Houston’s business, nonprofit, and Hispanic communities for decades – has served as G&A Partners’ chairman and CEO since co-founding the company with John Allen, G&A Partners’ president and COO, in 1995. Since then, G&A Partners has grown from a small CPA practice into one of the largest privately owned PEOs in the country, serving approximately 46,000 worksite employees from more than 1,400 client companies.

From the beginning, continuously reinvesting in the operations of the business, the people it employs, and the communities it serves has been a cornerstone of Grijalva’s vision for G&A Partners, and is one of the reasons why the firm has been able to grow to become one of Houston’s top privately held companies (most recently as No. 6 on the Houston Chronicle’s Chron 100 in 2019).

The accolades G&A Partners has garnered for its financial success matter less to Grijalva, however, than the impact the business has had on the lives of its employees and their families.
