How the “Million Dollar Employee” Demonstrates G&A Partners’ Value Proposition

For someone unfamiliar with how a PEO works (or what PEO even stands for), understanding the concept at first can be confusing. G&A Partners recently introduced a new spokesman for the company that makes it easier for others to quickly grasp what a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is all about. The “Million Dollar Employee” has over 15 years of experience in operational and strategic human resources, employee benefits administration, certified payroll processing, and risk management.

In July, G&A employed the Million Dollar Employee (MDE) (// to champion its business-to-business marketing. This heavy-hitter has been leading a new creative campaign designed to demonstrate the value of human resources outsourcing and the Professional Employer Organization model to prospective customers.

“We are excited to introduce this compelling character to our customers and our industry,” says Tony Grijalva, CEO, G&A Partners. “In addition to being an expert in all things HR, the Million Dollar Employee displays an uncanny ability to clearly articulate our value proposition to growing businesses.”

Through a clever video about a business owner named James and a blog titled “The Chronicles of MDE,” all found on a newly launched micro website, the Million Dollar Employee explains how he works.

“Truth be told, I don’t work alone,” the MDE writes. “I’m part of a whole team of experienced HR pros. Together, we’re G&A Partners. Building an in-house team of accredited HR professionals like ours could easily cost a million bucks, but companies can hire us for roughly the price of one full-time Human Resources employee.”

The Million Dollar Employee also points out that, while other employees are calling in sick or taking vacation, he’s never “gone fishing, out to lunch or under the weather.”

The interest that the Million Dollar Employee has recently generated shows how a simple idea can convey a complicated concept to others in an interesting, memorable way.
