G&A Partners’ commitment to providing phenomenal HR, benefits, and payroll solutions earned it the top spot for “Best Customer Experience” among mid-sized businesses (50-349 employees) at the 19th annual Greater Austin Business Awards.
This award specifically recognizes area businesses that demonstrate outstanding customer service and satisfaction in all aspects of sales and service. G&A Partners won the award thanks to its Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, an initiative the company launched in 2016 to quantify how happy its clients are with their service experience and actively collect client feedback.
According to Anthony Grijalva, the firm’s executive vice president of marketing and who also oversees client experience (CX) initiatives, the firm’s ability to gather near real-time insights on how its clients feel about the value of the services they receive has made G&A Partners a truly client-centric company.
