HOUSTON – August 26, 2014 – G&A Partners, a Houston-based HR outsourcing firm and Professional Employer Organization (PEO), released the third installment of its Million Dollar Employee video series today.
The successful Million Dollar Employee (MDE) campaign was first introduced two years ago as a creative way to demonstrate the value of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) model. The MDE is an expert in all things HR, “I never take sick days, never take vacations and never have a bad day. My expertise, certifications and technologies are valued at a million dollars, but you can hire me for the price of one employee.”
The first Million Dollar Employee video explained what the MDE could do for James, the owner of a growing business overwhelmed with the day-to-day HR administrative tasks. The second MDE video depicted how the MDE helps Mary, who oversees HR, strengthen her department and focus on strategic HR and growth. In this third and newest installment of the MDE video series, the MDE meets Greg, a business owner struggling to cope with the new health care regulations outlined in the Affordable Care Act.
