Tax Reform Update For Employers

An overview of how tax reform affects employers

The “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” (TCJA) represented major changes in the tax codes for individuals, businesses and other entities, alike.

At the end of 2017, President Trump signed into law the most significant tax reform overhaul in 30 years: the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.” In our next webinar, G&A Partners will be joined by tax expert and certified public accountant (CPA) Richard Dyo of the full-service accounting firm ABIP, who will be providing a fast-paced overview of the employer provisions of this tax reform legislation and what actions employers need to take to comply with new regulations and guidance from the IRS.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Tax rate and withholding changes
  • Executive compensation and equity awards
  • Fringe benefits
  • Employer credits
  • Individual changes
  • Affordable Care Act update

This webinar was presented on Thursday, August 30 at 11 a.m. CT.
