Another HR Tailgate has come and gone and we’re always so inspired by the insightful discussions that arise. For November’s chat, we focused on how to create a productive and purposeful culture in 2018. Inclusivity, kindness and a proactive mindset were major takeaways of what a purposeful culture looks like. Our participants emphasized that office culture is not a one-size-fits-all company policy and shouldn’t be treated as such.
